Ringier Axel Springer Poland bans unauthorized web scraping

Ringier Axel Springer Polska (RASP) states that systematic extraction of content, data or information from its websites—including through web crawlers, bots, automated tools or manual methods—for purposes such as building software, training artificial‑intelligence systems, or indexing, is prohibited without explicit prior consent. The prohibition applies to all of its online services, including the Onet portal. Violations are subject to legal action.

The notice emphasizes that only activities aimed at facilitating search‑engine indexing are exempt, and that any other form of data harvesting requires a direct agreement with the company.
