Cuiabá health units switch to manual processing due to technical measures

The Cuiabá Municipal Health Secretariat (SMS) has implemented a preventive measure regarding the city's technological infrastructure, resulting in the temporary isolation of certain municipal network environments. As a result, Unidades de Pronto Atendimento (UPAs) in the capital are currently operating with manual patient registration.

While the measure has caused some delays in service flow due to manual procedures, authorities state that medical services have not been interrupted. Emergency and urgent cases are being prioritized and directed straight to treatment areas, with registration occurring afterward. Technical teams from the Municipal Secretariat of Information Technology (SAETI) are working to restore the electronic systems safely.
