Rio Claro residents report noise disturbances in several neighborhoods
Residents in various neighborhoods of Rio Claro, Brazil, are reporting significant disturbances caused by excessive noise, particularly during weekends. In Jardim Bonsucesso, residents of Rua 13 filed a police report regarding an individual who reportedly uses high-volume sound equipment, hindering daily activities in the area.
Other complaints involve groups gathering on street corners with loud music. While the Military Police and Municipal Civil Guard have been called to intervene, residents claim that offenders temporarily lower the volume only to resume the noise once authorities depart. Additionally, Avenida José Felício Castellano in Jardim América has been identified as a problematic area due to a combination of loud music and speeding vehicles, creating risks for pedestrians.
