Rio de Janeiro announces over 3,600 job and internship vacancies

The Rio de Janeiro State Government has announced 3,657 opportunities for formal employment, internships, and young apprentice positions through the Secretariat of Labor and Income.

Of these, 1,941 are formal jobs offered via the National Employment System (Sine), distributed across the Metropolitan, Serrana, and Médio Paraíba regions. Additionally, there are 1,716 positions for internships and apprenticeships, with 1,570 provided by CIEE and 146 by Fundação Mudes.

Most vacancies are in the commerce sector (60.3%) and services sector (39.7%). Roles in the Metropolitan region include sales promoters, internal sellers, clerks, and nannies, with salaries ranging from one to two minimum wages. The Médio Paraíba region offers roles such as truck drivers, forklift operators, and doormen. There are also 88 vacancies specifically designated for people with disabilities (PcD).
