Rio de Janeiro announces public job openings in administration and health

Public sector recruitment is underway in Rio de Janeiro through two distinct processes. The Regional Council of Administration of Rio de Janeiro (CRA RJ) has opened applications for 84 positions across medium and higher education levels. Salaries for these roles reach up to R$6,369, with benefits including meal, childcare, and transport allowances. Applications are accepted through September 15 via the Instituto Americano de Desenvolvimento (Iades) website.

Simultaneously, the City Hall of Rio de Janeiro has launched a selection process for 124 health sector positions. These roles, which include doctors specializing in psychiatry, orthopedics, and cardiology, as well as nursing and psychology professionals, offer salaries ranging from R$4,481.06 to R$11,650.04. Selected professionals will work under one-year contracts that may be extended. The application deadline for the municipal health positions is August 24.
