Brazil real estate and insurance sectors embrace AI and professionalization

The Brazilian real estate and insurance sectors are undergoing significant technological and professional transformations. The Instituto Brasileiro de Educação Profissional (IBREP) has introduced ImobAI, a proprietary artificial intelligence tool integrated into its training curriculum. The system is designed to automate bureaucratic tasks such as drafting property advertisements, analyzing contracts, simulating financing, and organizing documentation, allowing brokers to focus on strategic client relationships.

In the insurance sector, allseg is participating in the 24th Brazilian Insurance Brokers Congress in Rio de Janeiro, showcasing new products including professional liability (D&O and E&O) and aeronautical insurance. The company reported R$ 829 million in premiums issued during the last fiscal year.

Additionally, the real estate market is seeing a push for higher professional standards. In Paraíba, operations like Núcleo Imobiliário manage thousands of brokers, emphasizing that modern brokerage requires deep market knowledge and continuous education. The CIMI360 International Real Estate Market Congress is also being held in Rio de Janeiro, expecting over 10,000 participants from 40 countries, featuring workshops on technology, law, and international markets, alongside a sales event projected to move R$ 300 million.
