Rio de Janeiro Legislative School hosts financial education course

The Legislative School (Elerj), part of the Rio de Janeiro State Legislative Assembly (Alerj), held the first stage of a Financial Management and Planning course on September 24.

Financial consultant and educator Ronaldo Leal presented his ‘Mospii’ method, which focuses on six pillars: mindset, organization, dreams/goals, planning, investments/independence, and financial freedom. Leal noted that many Brazilians struggle with debt due to a lack of administrative organization and emphasized that cutting expenses alone is insufficient without proper planning.

During the session, participants performed a financial ‘X-ray’ to identify challenges regarding income, expenses, and goal setting. The course aims to help individuals build emergency reserves and improve long-term financial stability.
