The Rio de Janeiro Municipal Youth Secretariat (JUVRio) has opened registration for 3,500 free vocational training spots through the Espaços da Juventude program. The initiative offers 13 different courses designed to prepare young residents for the modern job market, focusing on technology, innovation, and the creative economy.

Available courses include Robotics, Drone Operation, 3D Printing, Game Design, Graphic Design, Mobile Photography, and Intermediate Informatics, as well as English and Computer Maintenance. Registration is open until October 12 for residents of Rio de Janeiro aged 15 to 29 via the Oportunidades Cariocas portal.

Classes will be held throughout October at various Espaços da Juventude units located in neighborhoods such as Estácio, Cidade de Deus, Madureira, Vigário Geral, Jacarezinho, Vargem Pequena, and Campo Grande. Participants will receive free teaching materials and a certificate of completion.
