Rio de Janeiro to host ‘Planos Pro Futuro’ career event for 15,000 students
The Ministry of Culture is launching ‘Planos Pro Futuro’, a free event in Rio de Janeiro designed to assist over 15,000 students from both public and private schools with career planning. Taking place from September 14 to 16 at Cidade das Artes, the program will feature approximately 200 panels across nine simultaneous stages, alongside workshops, practical activities, and cultural performances.
The initiative covers diverse sectors, including Health and Sports, Creative Economy and Entertainment, Business and Entrepreneurship, Law and Government, Technology and Innovation, Agribusiness and Environment, and Education and Society. Globo is participating as a content partner, contributing speakers and programming focused on the creative economy and entertainment.
Local universities will participate by presenting various courses and scholarship opportunities, while social projects will offer training and inclusion initiatives. To support students from the public school system, the event will provide transportation and meals through a partnership with the Secretariat of Education.
