Rio de Janeiro Youth Secretariat launches beauty training course

The Municipal Secretariat of Youth (Sejuv) in Rio de Janeiro has commenced a specialized training course in eyelash extension techniques. The program, which runs from Monday to Friday, offers 40 available spots for participants.

Due to high demand, all initial positions have been filled, and a waiting list has been established to accommodate potential vacancies. The secretariat noted that the limited number of spots is a deliberate choice to support a teaching methodology focused on individualized instruction and close supervision during practical activities.
