Rio Grande do Norte Court of Justice auctions 80 properties

The Court of Justice of Rio Grande do Norte (TJRN) is conducting an online judicial auction of 80 properties this Wednesday. A primary highlight of the auction is the Aquamarina Praia Hotel, located in the Ponta Negra area of Natal. The hotel, which features 15 suites and commercial space, is valued at R$ 8 million. If not sold during the first session at 9:00 AM, the property may be auctioned for up to 50% of its valuation, or R$ 4 million, during the second session at 11:00 AM.

Other significant assets include two plots of land totaling approximately 19,000 square meters in the Bom Pastor neighborhood, formerly part of Curtume J. Motta, valued at R$ 3.62 million. The auction includes a variety of houses, apartments, and commercial properties across several Natal neighborhoods, including Capim Macio, Neópolis, and Lagoa Nova, as well as properties in Via Costeira and coastal areas such as Pirangi and Muriú.

Buyers can opt for cash payments or installments, requiring a 25% down payment followed by up to 30 monthly installments. All bidding must be processed through the MN Leilão platform.
