Rio Grande do Sul hosts several community festivals in early August
Candelária will hold the Festival da Galinha Colonial e do Feijão on 2 August at the Ginásio Asproserra. The event, part of the Sabores Coloniais gastronomy route, offers traditional colonial dishes such as chicken stew, feijoada and grilled galeto.
