Rio Ngumoha enters contract talks with Liverpool

Liverpool winger Rio Ngumoha is reportedly entering contract negotiations with the club as his current deal is set to expire at the end of next season. While an agreement may be announced soon, the 18-year-old has emphasized the importance of having a clear pathway to the first team.

Following Liverpool's 6-3 Champions League victory over LASK, manager Andoni Iraola praised Ngumoha's elite one-on-one dribbling abilities, describing him as one of the best players to choose for isolated situations. Despite his impactful performances, Iraola noted that the teenager still has areas to improve, particularly regarding his play when not in possession of the ball.
