The RIPAM Coesione 2026 competition has announced 882 permanent positions for technical specialists across seven Italian regions in Southern Italy: Basilicata, Calabria, Campania, Molise, Puglia, Sardegna, and Sicilia. These roles are intended to strengthen the technical capacity of municipalities, provinces, and regional administrations to manage projects funded by European cohesion funds.

Candidates must hold a degree in engineering, architecture, or territorial planning. The recruitment process involves a single written exam consisting of 40 questions to be completed in 60 minutes. Topics for the exam include EU structural fund regulations, English language proficiency (B1 level), digital skills, hydrogeological and seismic risk regulations, and construction techniques.

Job distribution by region includes Sicilia (269), Campania (237), Puglia (168), Calabria (104), Sardegna (61), Basilicata (35), and Molise (8). Applicants must select a single region during the application process, and a mobility block regarding transfers to other administrations will remain in effect until December 31, 2029.
