Rippl-Rónai painting returned to Kaposvár museum

The Rippl-Rónai Museum in Kaposvár has received the painting ‘Medgyessy olvas’ back from the Sándor Palace. President András Baka returned the artwork to its rightful owners.

The painting had been on loan for nearly a year after the wife of the President requested it. The loan was initially facilitated by the Kaposvár municipality, which suggested the piece to the President's spouse during a visit. The return of the artwork was noted by Viktória Lőrincz, the Minister for Rural and Regional Development.
