Ripple hires Brian Beck to lead XRP Ledger developer relations

Ripple has appointed Brian Beck as the Director of Developer Relations to accelerate the growth of the XRP Ledger. Beck joins the RippleX Ecosystem Growth business to support startups in building, launching, and scaling on the ledger.

Beck brings over a decade of leadership experience from companies including PayPal and Google. During his eight-year tenure at PayPal, he served as the Developer Experience Director of Engineering and oversaw more than 10 million live integrations.

In his new role, Beck will manage developer advocacy, technical enablement, documentation, tooling, and onboarding programs. His responsibilities also include overseeing hackathons, developer grants, and partnerships to support the development of tokenization platforms, stablecoins, and DeFi applications on the XRP Ledger.
