Ripple Prime expands into equity derivatives; Evernorth nears Nasdaq listing

Ripple Prime has launched its Delta One business, expanding its institutional prime brokerage services into equity derivatives. The new platform allows hedge funds, asset managers, and other financial institutions to trade total return swaps (TRS) linked to US-listed equities, market indices, and digital assets through a single counterparty. This service enables clients to gain economic exposure to these assets without direct ownership and provides 24/7 cross-margining capabilities across multiple asset classes.

Separately, Evernorth Holdings, an XRP-focused digital asset treasury company, has reached a regulatory milestone. The SEC has declared Evernorth’s Form S-4 registration statement effective for its proposed merger with Armada Acquisition Corp. II. If approved by shareholders on September 30, 2026, the combined entity is expected to list on the Nasdaq under the ticker XRPN. Evernorth, which is supported by investors including Ripple, SBI Group, and Kraken, currently holds approximately 473 million XRP and aims to manage an actively managed corporate treasury centered on the XRP ecosystem.
