Ripple Recognized Again as Fortune Best Workplace in Bay Area

San Francisco‑based Ripple has been named once more to Fortune’s 2026 Best Workplaces list for the Bay Area. The company’s internal survey shows that 95% of its employees consider Ripple a great place to work, far above the U.S. average of 57%.

The accolade arrives as Ripple expands its product suite, including Ripple Payments, institutional custody solutions, the XRP ledger and the newly launched RLUSD stablecoin. Recent recognitions also include a spot on CNBC’s most disruptive venture‑backed companies list, a Hedge Fund Services award for Ripple Prime, and a Harvard Business School leadership award for CEO Brad Garlinghouse.
