Ripple stablecoin RLUSD surpasses 2.52 billion in total supply

Ripple’s stablecoin, RLUSD, has reached a significant milestone, with its total supply surpassing 2.52 billion tokens. According to data from CoinMarketCap, the total supply stands at approximately 2,520,234,035, with a corresponding market capitalization of roughly $2.52 billion.

The asset has demonstrated increased market activity, with its 24-hour trading volume rising by 22.72% to reach $253.5 million as of September 30. This growth in volume and supply coincides with an expanding user base, as the number of RLUSD holders has exceeded 12,650.

The close alignment between the market capitalization and the total supply indicates that the stablecoin is maintaining its target value of approximately 1 dollar.
