Ripple XRP price falls below $1.15 support level

XRP slipped 3.4% in a 24‑hour session, dropping from $1.1873 to $1.1465 and breaking the key $1.15 support zone. The decline was accompanied by a surge in trading volume, peaking at 134.2 million XRP, about 170% above the daily average, and the price failed to regain the support level before the session closed. Resistance remains near $1.25, with the $1.17‑$1.25 range still acting as a barrier.

Despite the price weakness, Ripple highlighted multiple adoption initiatives that could underpin future demand. The firm invested in Flutterwave’s Series E round to expand RLUSD stablecoin use, partnered with Bitso to launch the MXNB peso‑stablecoin on the XRP Ledger, and secured Mastercard backing for RLUSD settlements. The XRPL also rolled out a v3.2.0 upgrade enabling AI‑agent payments and saw $1.9 billion of net inflows across real‑world asset networks in the past quarter. Additional metrics show a 17% rise in the XRP burn rate, bolstering the token’s utility within Ripple’s ecosystem.
