Ripple's XRP slides toward $1.10 as price dips and rich‑list thresholds shrink

XRP is trading near $1.11 and has broken key trendline support at $1.162, prompting analysts to warn of a possible slide toward the $1.10 level. The token’s technical indicators show bearish momentum, with the MACD in negative territory and the RSI below 50.

At the same time, Ripple is promoting the real‑world use of its RLUSD stablecoin by joining Water.org’s Get Blue campaign, which aims to fund clean‑water projects for millions in emerging markets. RLUSD, approved by New York regulators, is being used to move funds quickly to micro‑finance partners and is part of a broader effort to showcase stablecoin utility beyond trading.

The recent market correction has also lowered the amount of XRP needed to appear on the network’s rich list. Holding 2,155 XRP (about $2,400) now puts an investor in the top 10% of wallets, while thresholds for the top 5%, 1% and 0.1% have similarly decreased, reflecting a more accessible but still concentrated ownership distribution.
