RÓIS signs to Domino Records for global release of MO LÉAN

Musician RÓIS, also known as Rose Connolly, has signed with Domino Records. The deal includes a global re-release of her second album, MO LÉAN, scheduled for November 20.

The remastered version of the album will feature a new track titled ‘PORT NA H-EALA’. To mark the announcement, the Fermanagh-born, Dublin-based artist released a live performance of ‘WHAT DO YOU SAY (LIVE FROM A WAKE)’.

MO LÉAN explores Irish wake traditions and the pre-Christian practice of keening, blending sean-nós styles with synthesizers and expansive soundscapes. The album previously won Album of the Year at the Northern Ireland Music Prize and was shortlisted for the Choice Music Prize. In 2025, RÓIS received the Best Emerging Artist award at the RTÉ Radio 1 Folk Awards.
