Risaralda launches international missions to Mexico and UAE

The department of Risaralda has announced three strategic international missions scheduled for November to promote its commercial, artistic, and literary sectors. These initiatives aim to expand market opportunities and support economic recovery following an earthquake on August 10 that impacted local infrastructure and production.

The agricultural sector will participate in Gulfood Manufacturing in Dubai on November 4 and 5, focusing on exporting coffee and cacao to the United Arab Emirates. An artistic delegation is scheduled to appear at Colnago Caffè on Hudayriat Island, Abu Dhabi, on November 14 and 15. Additionally, local writers will represent the region at the Guadalajara International Book Fair in Mexico from November 28 to 30.
