RISE Summit 2026 gathers global investment leaders in Dubai

The RISE Summit 2026, held at the Dubai World Trade Centre, convened global investors, policymakers, and industry leaders to discuss the shifting landscape of international capital. Under the theme ‘Recharging Momentum in Global Economies,’ the summit focused on how geopolitical shifts and evolving financial conditions are driving capital reallocation across various sectors.

Key discussions centered on the convergence of real estate and infrastructure, as well as opportunities within the future experience economy, including hospitality and tourism. José Manuel Barroso, Chairman of International Advisors at Goldman Sachs, noted that diversification across geographies and sectors is becoming essential as capital allocation undergoes significant changes.

UAE Minister of Economy and Tourism, H. E. Abdulla bin Touq Al Marri, addressed the nation’s economic transformation, stating that the UAE is working toward a more productive economy by 2027.
