Rishab Rikhiram Sharma announces international Sitar for Mental Health Tour

Sitarist and mental health advocate Rishab Rikhiram Sharma has announced the dates for his ‘Sitar for Mental Health Tour’ across the United Kingdom, Canada, and the United States.

The tour is scheduled to begin on October 1 at London’s Royal Albert Hall. The North American leg will follow in November, with performances at Capital One Hall in Washington, D.C. (November 18), The Theatre at Great Canadian Toronto (November 19), Carnegie Hall in New York (November 21), Paramount Theatre in Oakland (November 23), and The United Theater on Broadway in Los Angeles (November 24).

A protégé of Pandit Ravi Shankar, Sharma aims to use the tour to dissolve the barrier between artist and audience, integrating Indian classical music with a focus on mental wellbeing. This international tour follows a successful 10-city tour in India and a recent performance at the Glasgow 2026 Commonwealth Games closing ceremony.
