Rishabh Pant has climbed to seventh place in the ICC Men's Test batting rankings, jumping six positions following a strong performance in the Test series against Sri Lanka. Pant now shares the highest rating points among Indian batters with captain Shubman Gill, who sits in eighth place.

In contrast, Yashasvi Jaiswal has dropped out of the top 10, falling to 11th place due to a recent lack of significant scoring in the Test format. Meanwhile, Devdutt Padikkal has entered the top 50 following consecutive centuries against Sri Lanka.

Other notable shifts include Sri Lanka's Sonal Dinusha, who rose 49 places to 54th, and Ravindra Jadeja, who maintains his position as the leading all-rounder in the ICC Test rankings.
