Rita Antonopoulou returns to Stavros tou Notou Plus

Artist Rita Antonopoulou is returning to the Stavros tou Notou Plus venue in Athens with her musical theater production, ‘Tis Gynaikas sou i Kardia’ (The Heart of Your Woman). Starting November 1, performances will take place every Sunday at 20:00.

Antonopoulou, who serves as the writer, director, and performer, explores female identity through a dialogue between music and theatrical speech. The production examines various facets of the female experience, including roles such as daughter, mother, lover, and spouse, addressing both societal expectations and personal choices. The performance features original melodies interspersed with narratives focusing on themes of conflict, humor, and transformation.

Joining Antonopoulou on stage is Pantelis Kyramargios. The production aims to present a complex view of gender dynamics, treating men and women as companions rather than adversaries. Tickets for the show start at €18.
