Rita Guedes wears sunglasses following eye surgery

Actress Rita Guedes appeared on the program ‘Domingão com Huck’ wearing sunglasses due to a recent eye surgery. Guedes explained that she underwent an operation on her right eye to address an issue with the eye elevator.

While she still has internal stitches that are scheduled for removal in three days, the actress chose to wear the accessory to ensure she could attend the recording at Estúdios Globo in Rio de Janeiro.

As a participant in the ‘Dança dos Famosos’ competition, Guedes expressed nervousness regarding her lack of dance experience outside of samba school parades. She noted that while she feels more comfortable with samba, she anticipates challenges with the precision required for salsa and tango. To prepare for the rigorous rehearsal schedule, she plans to intensify her aerobic training and is currently undergoing physiotherapy and acupuncture.
