Rithm Capital appoints Ann DeVries as Head of Investor Relations

Rithm Capital Corp, a global alternative asset manager, has appointed Ann DeVries as its new Head of Investor Relations. In this role, DeVries will lead the development and execution of the company’s investor relations strategy, overseeing engagement with current and prospective shareholders as well as the sell-side analyst community.

DeVries will collaborate with senior leadership to communicate Rithm’s business model, financial performance, and long-term growth priorities. The appointment is intended to address growing interest from shareholders and third-party investors regarding how Rithm’s asset management business and operating companies function together under its integrated platform and owner-operator model.

DeVries brings over 25 years of experience in investor relations and strategic finance. She most recently served as the Head of Strategic Finance and Investor Relations at Banc of California. Her previous professional background includes serving as Head of Investor Relations at Bakkt and spending 16 years in various senior positions at JPMorgan Chase, spanning investment banking, corporate finance, and investor relations.
