Ritsu Doan linked to Saudi club Al Ittihad

Saudi Arabian club Al Ittihad has reportedly expressed interest in signing Japanese midfielder Ritsu Doan from Eintracht Frankfurt. According to reports, preliminary contact has been made as the club seeks a replacement for Moussa Diaby, who is expected to move to Bayer Leverkusen.

While negotiations are currently in the early stages and no formal offer has been submitted, Doan has been identified as a potential candidate to bolster the team's right-side attack. Al Ittihad's management is reportedly working to retain Diaby, but Doan remains a primary target should the French forward depart.

Eintracht Frankfurt manager Adi Hütter stated that he does not wish to see Doan leave, describing him as a top-class player. Frankfurt officials have not yet received reports of concrete transfer negotiations. Doan is currently sidelined with a muscle injury, which the club maintains is unrelated to the transfer rumors.
