Rittner Buam SkyAlps complete roster with signing of Jere-Matias Alanen

The Rittner Buam SkyAlps have completed their roster for the 2026/27 Alps Hockey League season with the signing of Finnish center Jere-Matias Alanen. The 30-year-old, standing 1.98 meters tall, brings significant experience to the team, having previously played in the Finnish Liiga and Mestis leagues, where he won the Mestis Golden Puck award. Most recently, Alanen played in Poland for GKS Tychy and Zaglebie Sosonowiec.

In preparation for the new season, the Rittner Buam have officially returned to on-ice training at the Ritten Arena under the leadership of new head coach Teemu Virtala, assistant coach Mike Halmo, and fitness coach Erno Räisänen. The team is scheduled to play six test matches before their official season opener against Kitzbühel on September 19.
