Riva Palacio hosts 6th State Meeting of Municipal Syndics

The 6th State Meeting of Syndics, titled ‘Towards Professionalization’, was held in the municipality of Riva Palacio to provide technical training to municipal syndics and technical teams. Led by the Chihuahua Municipal Syndicature and Syndic Olivia Franco, the event aimed to strengthen the oversight of public resources across various municipalities.

Training sessions covered essential topics including accounting audits, fiscalization, revenue laws, expenditure budgets, and value tables. Participants also received instruction on property tax review, domain transfer, cadastre procedures, and real estate valuation. Olivia Franco emphasized that sharing technical expertise is vital for creating more professional and prepared syndicatures capable of protecting citizen resources and ensuring accountability.
