Rivadavia Volunteer Firefighters receive national subsidies

The Asociación de Bomberos Voluntarios de Rivadavia has received national subsidies for the 2025 and 2026 periods under Law 25.054. The allocation for 2026 is approximately $94,924,971.75 per entity, representing a significant increase from the 2025 amount of $31,452,994.72.

These funds are specifically designated for the acquisition of equipment, materials, protective gear, and other resources necessary for firefighting and civil protection. The disbursement follows a similar payment made to the González Moreno station in July. The increase in national funding has highlighted ongoing discussions regarding the disparity between national and provincial financing for volunteer fire departments in the Buenos Aires province.
