Rivals Season 2 to premiere on Disney+ November 11

The second season of the British series ‘Rivals’, based on Dame Jilly Cooper’s ‘Rutshire Chronicles’, will return to Disney+ on November 11. This new installment will feature episodes 7 through 12.

Set in 1987 within the Cotswolds, the plot continues the power struggle between Tony Baddingham and Declan O’Hara over a television franchise. The narrative will also follow Rupert Campbell-Black as he faces personal challenges, while Taggie O’Hara navigates complex social and political tensions. The season is expected to include high-society events such as the Hampshire Hunt Ball and Bonfire Night celebrations.

The cast includes David Tennant, Aidan Turner, Alex Hassell, and Bella Maclean. The series has already been renewed for a third season consisting of twelve episodes.
