Rivalta sul Mincio hosts PD leaders for Festa dell’Unità

The Festa dell’Unità in Rivalta sul Mincio is entering its second weekend, featuring prominent national leaders from the Partito Democratico (PD). Elly Schlein, the national secretary of the PD, is scheduled to speak on Friday, August 28, while Stefano Bonaccini, the president of the PD, will conclude the event on Sunday, August 30.

The festival, held at the La Platana event area, has seen significant attendance, with the first weekend reaching sold-out capacity for several days. This year’s edition follows the theme ‘Costruiamo gentilezza’ (Let’s build kindness), incorporating workshops and activities designed for families and children to promote community inclusivity.

The 2026 edition is dedicated to the memory of Ildebrando Parmigiani, a long-time party official and volunteer recognized for his commitment to social values and community collaboration.
