Rivers Governor Fubara mourns former SSS chief Albert Horsfall

Rivers State Governor Siminalayi Fubara has issued a statement mourning the passing of Chief Albert K. Horsfall, a former Director-General of the State Security Service (SSS).

Fubara described Horsfall as a patriot, disciplinarian, and a symbol of intelligence who served Nigeria with professionalism and integrity. The Governor noted that Horsfall’s contributions to national security established a benchmark for future leaders.

In his tribute, Fubara characterized Horsfall as an elder statesman and a mentor to many, particularly within Rivers State. He offered condolences to the Horsfall family of Buguma and the people of Rivers State.
