Riverside County seeks public input for park master plan

Riverside County’s Regional Parks & Open-Space District is seeking community feedback to assist in the development of its Long Range Facilities Master Plan. The initiative aims to identify necessary investments, modifications, and upgrades for the county’s parks and publicly accessible recreational sites.

First District Supervisor Jose Medina stated that community input is vital to ensuring the plan reflects the needs of the residents and provides a framework for future opportunities.

Residents can participate through several upcoming workshops scheduled in Jurupa Valley, Idyllwild, and Banning, as well as a virtual session on October 1. An online survey is also available for those unable to attend the in-person or virtual meetings.
