RIVUS Cluj real estate project reaches new development stage

The RIVUS Cluj real estate project, a major mixed-use development in Cluj-Napoca, has reached a new stage of construction. The project, representing an investment of over 550 million euros, is being realized by Iulius Group and Atterbury Europe.

Six months into construction, work is progressing on the underground structures, including the pouring of pillars and walls for level -1 and slabs for levels -2 and -3. The site involves over 550 workers and 51 partner companies, transforming a former industrial platform into a modern urban space.

Approximately 80% of the retail area has already been leased to various brands and partners. Developers are currently inviting new concepts and local entrepreneurs to fill the remaining available spaces.
