Riyadh to host PropTech Global Summit 2026

Riyadh is set to host the third edition of the PropTech Global Summit on October 25 and 26, 2026, at the Mandarin Oriental Al Faisaliah Hotel. Organized by the Real Estate General Authority under the theme ‘The Era of Smart Systems – Scaling Intelligence,’ the summit aims to accelerate the adoption of modern technologies within the real estate sector.

The event is expected to feature over 200 speakers from 85 countries and more than 100 exhibitors. Key discussion topics include the use of artificial intelligence in asset management, digital twins, digital real estate marketplaces, and immersive real estate. The summit focuses on enhancing efficiency, sustainability, and investment decision-making through digital solutions, including affordable housing technologies and smart asset management.
