Riza Naoupaktias Girls' Camp Concludes with Over 100 Middle School Participants

From July 27 to August 3 2026, more than 100 middle‑school girls from the Metropolis of Aetolia and Acarnania attended a week‑long camp at the Riza Naoupaktias facilities. The program combined recreational activities—games, dancing, singing, theatre and creative workshops—with a spiritual and historical focus marking the 200th anniversary of the Exodus of Mesologgi. Participants reflected on values such as faith, love, freedom, self‑sacrifice and unity, drawing parallels between historic sieges and modern personal challenges.

The camp emphasized the message “Love one another,” encouraging the girls to see love as a source of strength. On Sunday, 2 August, a notable visitor attended the camp, underscoring its community significance.
