RIZAP Group opens first urban work and self-care lounge in Seoul

RIZAP Group Inc. has launched its new business format, ‘RIZAP LOUNGE’, with its first international location in Gangnam, Seoul, South Korea. The facility is designed as an ‘urban work and self-care lounge’ that integrates professional workspace with physical wellness.

The concept focuses on ‘active rest’, encouraging users to incorporate moderate exercise into their work breaks to improve fatigue recovery and productivity. The lounge is divided into specialized zones: the first floor features an ‘Active & Refresh’ area with open workspaces, coffee services, treadmills, and body composition scales; the second floor offers a ‘Quiet & Premium Recovery’ area with private focus booths, meeting rooms, and massage chairs.

This expansion is part of RIZAP Group’s growth strategy for the fiscal year ending March 2027, aimed at strengthening its overseas presence by providing a ‘third place’ that redefines modern working and exercise styles.
