Rizky Febian files cassation in Lina Jubaedah inheritance dispute

Rizky Febian has filed a cassation appeal to the Supreme Court regarding the inheritance of the late Lina Jubaedah. This legal move follows a decision by the Bandung Religious High Court (PTA Bandung) that favored Teddy Pardiyana and his son, Bintang, as legal heirs.

Teddy Pardiyana's legal counsel, Wati Trisnawati, confirmed that the formal notification of the cassation was received via the e-court application on July 31. Trisnawati stated that Teddy's side was not surprised by the appeal, as they anticipated an objection to the court's determination of the rightful heirs.
