RMC Sport extends UFC broadcasting rights in France
RMC Sport has announced a multi-year extension of its exclusive partnership with the UFC in France. The agreement ensures the broadcaster continues to hold the rights to major MMA events, as well as rights for Zuffa Boxing and UFC BJJ. Karim Nedjari, General Manager of RMC Sport, stated the goal is to further develop MMA within the country.
As part of this expansion, RMC Sport is integrating more combat sports content into its offerings. For Freebox TV subscribers, the RMC Sport Access channel is now included in the Basic package on channel 228. This access provides replays of Zuffa Boxing, judo championships, ONE Friday Fights, and UFC BJJ, but does not include live UFC MMA fights.
To watch live UFC MMA events, viewers must subscribe to the paid RMC Sport package, which includes RMC Sport 1 and three additional event channels. Following its integration into CMA Media, RMC Sport will be distributed via Canal+ starting October 22, with future availability planned for DAZN, Orange, and Bouygues Telecom.
