RMK Yachts and Irena Kandaurov unveil new superyacht concepts

New concept designs are challenging traditional superyacht architecture through unconventional layouts and amenities. RMK Yachts, in collaboration with Espen Øino International, Cassetta Yacht Designers, and Volvo Penta, has introduced two 180-foot (55-meter) concepts: Arcane Era and Arcane Nova.

Arcane Era focuses on refined traditional evolution, featuring an enlarged private patio for owners and increased alfresco space by shifting the superstructure aft. In contrast, Arcane Nova represents a more radical design with a repositioned forward wheelhouse to allow for an exceptionally large sundeck.

Separately, designer Irena Kandaurov has unveiled a concept for a smaller day boat characterized by a low, continuous shell and flowing lines. This design eschews standard features like helipads or beach clubs in favor of two open decks, each featuring a pool that provides views of the sky through a sliding section of the upper structure.
