Rönesans Gayrimenkul to distribute 2.59 billion TL in cash dividends

Rönesans Gayrimenkul Yatırım A.Ş. (RGYAS) has approved the distribution of 2.59 billion TL in cash dividends during its 2025 Ordinary General Assembly meeting.

While the company reported a net period profit of 16.31 billion TL according to TFRS consolidated financial statements, legal records under the Tax Procedure Law showed a net period loss of 1.99 billion TL. Because other resources available for distribution exist despite the lack of distributable net profit in legal records, the General Assembly decided to cover the 2.59 billion TL cash dividend from these alternative sources. The dividend distribution is scheduled to be completed by December 31, 2026.
