Rönesans Gayrimenkul Yatırım reports 116 million euro operational income
Rönesans Gayrimenkul Yatırım (RGY) reported a 25% year-on-year increase in adjusted net operational income for the first half of 2026, reaching 116 million euros. General Manager Yağmur Yaşar attributed this growth to 12.2 million euros from organic performance within the existing portfolio and 11 million euros resulting from the acquisitions of İzmir Optimum and Ankara Optimum Outlet in the second half of 2025.
The company manages 12 shopping centers and 4 office buildings across several Turkish cities, including Istanbul, Ankara, Izmir, Adana, Şanlıurfa, Samsun, and Kahramanmaraş. RGY maintains a 99.1% occupancy rate across approximately 737,000 square meters of leasable area. Tenant turnovers increased by 35% compared to the same period last year, outpacing both inflation and industry averages.
Financial indicators show a corrected gross asset value of 4.1 billion euros and a corrected net asset value of 3.6 billion euros based on European Public Real Estate Association (EPRA) standards. Free cash flow reached 82 million euros due to operational performance and cost optimization.
