Río Gallegos promotes women's labor inclusion in public works

The Municipality of Río Gallegos has implemented measures to promote the labor inclusion of women in public infrastructure projects. Following discussions between municipal officials and representatives from the female branch of the UOCRA union, a female worker has been incorporated as an assistant for the final stage of the 18 Housing project.

Local authorities emphasized that this initiative aims to professionalize the sector and foster institutional dialogue with labor unions to ensure equal opportunities in the construction industry.
