Río Grande municipality hosts City Kids children at Casa de Jóvenes

Children aged 2 and 3 from the City Kids educational institution participated in a learning day at Casa de Jóvenes in Río Grande. The visit focused on nature, healthy eating, and personal care.

Organized by the Municipality of Río Grande through its General Directorate of Mental Health and Addictions, the initiative is part of an ongoing collaboration between the local government and city educational institutions. During the session, children explored the nursery and garden, engaging in activities designed to foster a connection with the natural environment through play and participation.

The program aims to promote integral well-being and healthy habits from an early age, while also introducing young children to municipal spaces and supporting emotional health development.
