Río Grande School 21 students relocated due to gas shortage
Students and teachers from School No. 21 in Río Grande have been relocated to various nearby educational institutions following a gas shortage that halted classes last Thursday.
To ensure pedagogical continuity, students will be distributed among several schools in the Chacra II area, including Schools 20 and 32, two kindergartens, and the Colegio de Soberanía Nacional. Provincial Primary Level Director Magdalena Dotta stated that management teams will be present at each temporary site to maintain normal activities.
While the relocation aims to facilitate in-person learning, officials noted there is currently no confirmed date for when the gas supply issue will be resolved. The infrastructure department is responsible for addressing the technical problem.
