Río Negro Legislature establishes Court of Accounts Control Commission

The Legislature of Río Negro has formally established its Special Commission for the External Control of the Court of Accounts. The commission's leadership includes President Marcelo Szczygol (Juntos Somos Río Negro), Vice President Roberta Scavo (Coalición Cívica-ARI), and Secretary Ariel Bernatene (UCR).

During its inaugural session, the commission reviewed 44 files pertaining to the 2025 and 2026 fiscal years, unanimously approving a report to validate administrative actions. The body also addressed a quarterly report regarding the Social Tourism Housing Fund for legislative personnel.
